Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all contributions/donations made through MarathiWarasa.com, operated by RudraAdya Entertainment, via our payment partner Razorpay.
1. General Policy
Contributions made through this Site are voluntary donations toward the production of historical content and are, as a general rule, non-refundable once successfully processed, since funds are allocated toward ongoing production activities.
2. Exceptions — When a Refund Applies

| Duplicate payment for the same contribution | Extra amount refunded in full |
| Amount deducted from your bank/UPI but transaction shows "Failed" on our Site | Auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days, or refunded by us if not auto-reversed |
| Technical error resulting in incorrect amount being charged | Difference refunded after verification |
3. How to Request a Refund (for the exceptions above)
Email us at connect@marathiwarasa.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Your full name and registered email/phone number
- Transaction ID / Razorpay payment reference
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Screenshot of the bank/UPI debit, if available
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing timelines.
5. Cancellation
Since contributions are processed instantly upon payment, there is no "cancellation" window after a successful transaction — only the refund exceptions listed in Section 2 apply.
