These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of MarathiWarasa.com ("Site"), operated by RudraAdya Entertainment. By accessing or using the Site, or by making a contribution through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site

Marathi Warasa is a brand of RudraAdya Entertainment that produces and distributes historical content — including the series "मी सावित्रीबाई जोतीराव फुले" and future productions — across television, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The Site shares information about these productions and allows visitors to voluntarily contribute toward their production.

2. Nature of Contributions

• Any amount paid through the Site is a voluntary contribution / donation toward the production of historical content — it is not a purchase of goods, services, securities, or any financial product.
• Contributions do not entitle the donor to any ownership, royalty, profit-share, or guaranteed reward in connection with the funded production.
• Where perks or acknowledgements (e.g. name listed on the Supporters page) are offered, they are provided at RudraAdya Entertainment's discretion and are not legally enforceable rewards.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. RudraAdya Entertainment does not store your card or banking credentials. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, duplicate payments, and refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, video, logos, and the Marathi Warasa name and marks — is the property of RudraAdya Entertainment or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in historical and production-related information, RudraAdya Entertainment makes no warranty as to completeness or uninterrupted availability of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

RudraAdya Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from any production delay, change, or cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
